    Filling out the hindquarter

    My show steer is filling out very nicely; however, his hindquarter is not filling in as much as I would like it to. Is there anything I can add to his diet to improve that quality? I have him on additional corn, beet pulp and flax seed right now.

    I recently purchased a show steer out of "I am Legend" and an AngusXMaine Heifer. He's a really stocky calf, roughly 650-700 lbs.
