    Summer calf tour

Actually, we never ended up showing Jackaroo... We sent him out to work instead and then off to stud! Having said that though, I did initially break him in with the intention of showing him. No exaggeration, he was broken in under two hours. Best temperamented bull I've ever dealt with! Good to...

    Summer calf tour

I've been having fun touring some Canadian herds in summer for the first time and seen some pretty cool calves. This dude in particular I thought I'd share here, he's one of my favourites (I think I've got a case of hair envy).

What do you think of this guy?

Just trawling and found this... Duncraggan, you're correct. The Spry's bought Lone Pine in its entirety from Vi Hawkins. A very handy addition to the Sprys herd and the results are showing now.

BISS ELEMENT 79 370Z National Champion Shorthorn at Denver

I had a few friends look at him in Edmonton and Regina too but, all the same... I'd still like to see him slick. Anyone? Also, did anyone happen to get any videos of the champions? Marksman looks like a good masculine sire, nice job JIT and co.... good to see some balls!!  (lol)

BISS ELEMENT 79 370Z National Champion Shorthorn at Denver

Well done to all parties involved (especially the Aussie partners!). He's certainly an eye catcher and from what I hear, a pretty mobile individual with that all-important "sire appeal". I'd love to see this bull slicked/wet, anyone got any pics without the hair?
