    Improving Pasture

Grazon has residual and clover will probably not germinate in the spring if you use it.Spray now and wait until middle of August and notill grass into it. Get your grass established and weed pressure under control then worry about the legumes the next year. It’s going to take time!

I had one style bull calf and as soon as I managed to get him on a trailer, straight to the sale barn he went. He was crazy and he was the kind that would hurt you. Anybody else have this problem with Style progeny?

Anyone at Louisville-really want stall pic FROM BEHIND-QUIET MAN

I wasn’t at the show but watching the video, I thought Cender’s Red Bull calf has a lot of potential. Mark- Starman’s bull is sired by a Sullivan bull my brother owns and he is about as easy a doing bull as they come. So hats off to John Sullivan for raising functional damn good cattle also!

The breeders of the white bull should be proud! A bull with that much muscle and moves that good are hard to find. Congratulations to the Illinois breeders - looks like they made their presence known at the championship drive!

    Propane vs beef

This is what the company I work for is telling customers. Several factors are playing a role this year.
