thanks! ok heres another question... What are all the things that I absolutely HAVE to have for fair? I have  a blower and a chute and  a tooth comb... im getting a leather show halter soon.... but what are some other things that I cant go without to get him ready to show and showing him?

Thanks guys!  I wish I could watch some classes before mine but my fair is small enough that there is only me one or 2 other girls and were all gonna be in the same showmanship class...so I was just wondering cause I always get a bunch of questions with showing lambs and pigs... so thanks!!

I am showing my steer in about a month and this is my first time having a steer and I have never showed one before so... Im kinda wondering about what some common questions are that judges ask?

I loved the rain here in colorado yesterday (I did not see any tornados though) but I am so not a fan of this snow! I felt like it was summertime already.... now I dont... everything is white again!!!! My least favorite thing about snow and rain is the mud... my steers pen is almost all mud now...

Thanks I will try that sometime. Have you ever had  a steer sit?? kinda like a dog I mean. cause I  went to go feed my steer tonight and he was sitting when i got down to the barn and he just sat there until I got him his food then once I gave him his food he got up and ate. but I have never...

I have  a Blue heeler.... and she herds everything.... except my steer... she doesnt like  him and pretty much just stays away from him.                                                                                                         Thanks!

Im walking him to exercise him and to train him better. he pretty much already knows that if he sets up his feet right that I will scratch his belly.... the only problem I have with that is that  he starts falling asleep when I scratch his belly. He loves and and after a few seconds he thinks...
