Here is one of my 3 Broker calves at 2 weeks old....He will probably turn out to be the 3rd in line out of 3.  2 bulls and a heifer.  They are really good!  My three Brokers are all flushmates, so I can only comment on how he worked on one particular cow.  These calves would be 3/4 Simmy 1/4 Angus.

Yeah, a couple of them could use some more hair, but remember they are on Aftershock cows.  Other than that I have been impressed how WA has stamped the style, shape, bone, and meat into these calves.

We already have the terms agreed upon, just looking for a simple document for a contract that we can sign is all. 

I sold a heifer and retained the right to one flush.  Does anyone have a very simple contact that they may have used for this type of situation.  Something that is generic and the details could be filled in.  Thanks!

I use them in my marketing, mainly because its not that expensive considering the potential it can bring to a static add.  However, I don't think they are all that effective in agriculture compared to other markets.  Worth doing however.
