2 rings?

Why at the scarlet and gray is there two rings showing (for hefiers ring 1- 8:00, ring 2- 8:30) Why would you show twice. (is there differnet judges??)my thought

Yes theirs different judges, several shows in Ohio are like that. 2 for 1 its great.
