Has anyone ever tried acupencture on their cattle?  We have a beautiful market heifer.  She has long strides but we feel she clicks in the hock really bad.  We were told by a friend to try acupuncture. He said if we can get this animal moving she will be very competitive and has a good chance to win the market class.  I know it is not always about competition but if he is correct we want to put our best foot forward. Do you think it will help at all?  We just want to make it through one show and plan to do the acupuncture just two days before we leave.  Just a note that this calf gets walked morning and night.  Any comments appreciated.

It wasn't used is this type of situation but I love acupuncture for animals and myself. I had a cow have a hard time at calving and was down for 2 weeks and they did it on her many times. I believed it really helped. I also use it on myself. I get a sore neck after baling and will go a few time in the summer.
