Are Cows smarter than horses?

We think cows are smarter than horses. What do you think? We think cows don't get enough respect! Our cattle are smart and they earn their keep. You can rope off them, pull a buggy, shoot firearms off them, Team Penning, jump cross rails, trail ride (and yes jump through fire!) and they are affectionate and level headed. Really they can do anything a horse can do but with a lot more horse sense. Of course, ours are Texas Longhorns. Are other breeds like that?
