Cool room bedding

What do most of you guys use for cool room bedding?  How often do you change it? We have purchased a cooling unit and are about to build a room.  Any recommendations or issues that you guys ran into when building yours?  Any info would be helpful.

Cedar fiber is the best by far.  It can be expensive but worth the money.
