Depends on what you are wanting to do it for.  Parental verification, talk to the breed association you will be registering with.  If it is for genetic defect testing, many places will test, but you will also want to check with your breed association for what labs they accept test results from.  For example, the American Shorthorn Association requires that if you will parentage verifying an animal, that you send a sample to them with all of the paper work filled out from Pfizer and they will then send the sample on to Pfizer.  You may also do genetic defect testing through them, which is easy so you only have to send one sample.  However, they also accept results from other labs such as AgriGenomics and others.
