We had our first fertility check done on a bull calf last week and one thing the vet said confused me. He had me feel the back the bull’s scrotum where there was a tight, thick tendon. He said that was not good and that it should be loose. Can someone please tell me why?

Idk.  Unless the tendon has something to do with the bulls ability to pull his testicles in close to his body.  This is necessary to regulate testicular temperature (closer to the body when its cold & further from the body when it's hot).
