Giving Tylan To A Bred Heifer?

Is it safe to give tylan to a bred heifer? It say not to give it to lactaing cows. Heifer will be due in a month.

]assuming giving injectable tylan for footrot. It would be safe to give. The lactating cow part is for cows milk for human consumption.

I was trying to stop pneumonia. We had along drive in the cold last night and all tsc had was Tylan. Tonight they had a cough and runny noses. I will see if I can get some Nuflor tomorrow. Any tips on giving shots(I hate giving shots)?
