Yes, he was a great educator.  I have spent many hours on his site learning about the waves of  change in cattle breeding over time. One of my favorite pictures is Conoco, from his site- the kids are so happy.

Thanks for posting that link--we need to study history so it will not repeat itself.  Both links posted are worth your time.  All of us stand on the shoulders of people like Dr. Ritchie.

Large crowd at the funeral today, Bob May, Fred Hartman and many other well respected cattleman made the trip.  He was a great one!
