I'll soon be hauling a couple of Beltie heifers from MO to IL.

One for me and one for another guy.

Are there any laws that I'd have to worry about?

1 ton dually with 20' gooseneck.  Farm plates.

About 150 miles one way.

Calves will have health papers.

I have a class D Il license.

Truck and trailer weigh about 12,000# with the two calves on it.

Thanks!

For 2 calfs as far that goes i would say they are both yours and you have no worries. as long as you have your vet papers.

check with your vet, but you might have to get trich tests if either is a bull I know MO auctions require breeding bulls to have them even instate bulls.
