Heifer possibly coming back in?

I haven’t Seen a heat or signs of one until tonight she should be about 4 months bred pregnancy test came back positive on her yet tonight I saw slimy and pink mucous so not feeling too great about that anyone have any words of advice on this? She was ai’d but I space the dates out to try and hit certain show dates also used sexed semen on her please let me know

If she’s getting a lot of legume in her hay they will show mucus. Clover seems to be the worst for us.
