High loined heifer

Is there anything I can do to bring down a heifers loin so she will level off in her hip?

Have you tried 'loining ' them? Dragging or pressing your show stick on their back to drop their top. You can also experiment with setting them up a touch differently too. We had a heifer a few years ago that no matter how much practice would not let us loin her so we just set her up different. Walking them into a set up can also help.

You can fix it with a good clip job leave a enough on the shoulders and hip level it up that way.

Have her checked by an animal chiropractor.  I've had a lot of success correcting this problem. Great advice above as well.  G-Luck
