It's not that bad of a drive. Mapquest says 1026 miles, and about 16 hours from Columbus...Leave Thursday after work, get there Friday late morning, gain an hour or two due to the time change, have time to look through the cattle. You can catch a few winks Friday night, and then come back to Ohio on Saturday. I've been to Dean's and I'm sure he'll treat you right. EDIT: I forgot that the Exposure sale was on Saturday, so you could also go their and then head home Sunday AM, or stay through Sunday and go to Duff's sale as well. So many options, it'll have to be a good time.
Hopefully the clones will be near the sale site. I saw them as yearlings, and it was amazing how good 4 of the 5 looked, and how similar they all were. The fifth had a bad recip and was still playing catch-up with the group at the time.
If this isn't a viable option, I know that Reiter does hire reputable commercial truckers. I've also brought cattle home from some of the western sales that I've went to, and have been able to at least pay for fuel and hotel room by bringing them back to OH. Wish I was going this weekend, but other obligations will keep me home. With all of the sales happening in OK this weekend, there will definitely be private individuals, as well as commercial truckers who would be more than happy to help you out. Good luck on your potential purchases.
