We have a few cows with diarrhea after calving and some frothing of the mouth.  The hay we are feeding does have some clover in it but not enough, IMO, to cause a problem.  Unfortuneately, this is the last hay I have, so I don't have any thing else to mix or feed.  As long as we watch for bloat, is there any other things to be watching and are we OK to continue?  Anything we could supplement to help the diarrhea?

If you're not feeding anything but hay, they should return to normal relatively quick like.  That or if this is prolonged, they have an infection and need to be given an antibiotic.

You might try a bloat block or energy tub. Make sure they have access to mineral and salt.
