It's well worth your money to hire someone with professional software to build it. I'm currently revamping my logo to better fit my site and operation. My designer has it on hand to edit and make changes very easily. It's handy.

if you have done drawing a logo, you can scan it on computer then edit it on photoshop CS4 for nice looking and what design you want..

try to learn photoshop it's complex but it became easy when you used it frequently..
