I bought a Maxess fan last year on ebay. Got a great deal and was really happy with it. At the end of summer, I told my guys they probably should take it down to store it for the winter. No one thought my idea was a good one, so the fan remained. Well, needless to say the cover got knocked loose and the fan blades bent. So, now I have a great fan with blades that are all bent. Have looked on line for replacement blades for fans, but they are almost the price that I paid for the whole fan!! Just wondered if any planeteers bought one and had technical problems with the motor, and still have good blades....let's make a deal!!
