Milk Replacer

Was wondering has anyone ever used milk replacer to help get show cattle fat. By mixing it in with there feed.

Yes, but be careful.  Anytime you add or subtract, your ration can easily be thrown out of balance.

My experience is that this will help more for hair than for adding fat.  I agree with Dan about being careful. Start with a small amount and increase as they adjust.  Squirts are a real possibility.
