What bull will throw the most muscle and power. Meyer 734xAngus females. Calves from the past have had plenty of depth but lack power for show steers.

I dare you to breed to the old fullblood Maine bull, Denver Nugget look at his growth EPDs and he's still got good milk.

More realistic bulls might be Warbonnet (Knight's Explosive - sire to JF Warchief) or Iabon or Eden.

Another scle tipper would be Thunderbeef Nugget.

I am not a fan but they are hard to beat is Heat Wave on a Meyer X angus cow. The ones we have had and seen are pretty good.(Since u said steers). I think it will be interesting to see how this new crop of heat wave sons turn out. You could always try his old man Heat Seeker as well. I haven't used enough of the new ones to know what works.

One of the best was a hw. Had the depth, hair, structure, just lacked alittle bone and butt. She just had  a Carnac heifer that might be pretty good we will see in a few days. Just had a Monopoly out of a meyer granddaughter, awesome heifer calf. I was wondering about monopoly on the meyer 734 daughters?
