Has anyone had experience purchasing "full pasture rights" on a breeding bull?  What exactly does it entail?  I realize insurance will be involved, but what else would I need to consider?  Besided a padded stall?  <cowboy>

I sold pasture rights to a bull that I own two years ago.  With daughters in the herd and plenty of semen collected it made sense.  The owner of the "pasture rights"  has full use of the bull and full salvage value.  Of course, we are able to collect semen in the off season.  It was an easy, handshake deal that is working for both parties.
