Have a nice eye appealing sim-cross heifer that will be a year old August 6th. She is Sired by WWCR MR DREAM S23, a Heterozygous Solid Black Homozygous Polled Black Simmental out of Dream On. Dam was sired by a Reg. Red Gelbvieh, a Gizmo son. Heifer is Polled. She is 1/2 Black Simmental, 1/4 Red Gelbvieh, 1/8 Foundation Simmental, 1/16 Black Angus, and 1/16 Chianina. She's up to date on her vaccines and was dewormed with Dectomax in June. She has a great disposition and will eat alfalfa cubes from the hand. She is also used to a two string hot rope. Breed her to a homozygous black bull and get those pretty black blaze face calves.
She's from a good dependable line. No Simmental bull is more popular than her grandsire DREAM ON, and Mr Dream is out of a Gateway cow. The heifer's maternal grandsire the Gizmo son was one of the best bull's we have ever used. But unfortunately we lost him to a terrible accident. But we did save several heifers from him in the two calf crops we had of him and they all have done nicely. Also this heifer's maternal granddam was a flat out terrific female producer, all of her daughter's were kept for replacements or sold as one. Therefore don't miss out on this nice commercial heifer.
