Semen Collection in Ontario

Anyone know where a person can get Owners Use or even Canadian qualified semen collected in Ontario anymore? Eastgen won't do either, and Foundation Genetics doesn't either.

The Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown does it.  There have been bulls come from Quebec to have it done in the past.

I know it's not Ontario, but it's another option.
