Shorthorn Plus Registration Question

I have a heifer calf out of Polar Express and a hereford cow. I know polar express is a 7/8 shorthorn, and the calf would be a 7/16 shorthorn. My question is: would she be ellidgeble for registration as a shrthorn plus or do they need to be atleast half? Thanks for any answers!

You can register a Plus down to 1/4 but they have to be at least 1/2 to be shown in the Assn. Sanctioned Shorty Plus Shows.
