Trying to get US meat back into Russia

The U.S. ambassador to Russia said he will work to get Moscow to remove a ban on imports of U.S. meat products.

The ban has cost the U.S. $500 million to $600 million since Moscow imposed it in February.

Russia banned U.S. pork and beef products due to fears about ractopamine.
