So I know that the videos that we have all been putting up from Denver, show videos, cattle videos, and the great footage that Brad has of the yards is a lot of fun. But we can also use video to help tell agriculture's story. I was talking to someone this fall and they made a really good point that shows are going to be become more and more important, because really they are one of the only times that the consumer gets to interact with livestock or the people that raise livestock. I know we all love going to shows and get pretty focused on what we are doing, but it is also our responsibility to answer any questions that consumers might have. If we don't give them answers I am sure HSUS and PETA would be more than glad to be a source of information. This animal activist/rights thing seems to really be escalating, this spring and summer could be really interesting.
