Which simmi bull to make steers?

I've been interested in another post about sexed Simmi semen available.  Wanted opinions. Kids have a handfull of their own cows that the ultimate goal is to get some county fair / 4-H steers out of.  Most cows are either Hereford / Angus black baldies or Sim/Angus black cows.  Which simmi bull (I wish sexed male semen available but not necessary) throws those wide, deep, big butted terminal type steer calves?  Looking at several.  Chopper and Combustible keep popping up.  Have lots of time as we dont AI until June or so.

Fat Butt has been known to throw some competitive simmy steers. Can't say he adds the most guts and flank, but is fine on a decent cow. Certainly will add bone, hip, top, and muscle. Good luck.
