Really great Chillfactor X Heatwave -- Exotic Comm or Market Heifer for sale!

Here is a great heifer we are offering for sale.  This heifer is a Chillfactor X Heatwave, she is a fall born heifer, born around the first of December, end of November, and weighting around 700 lbs at this moment. She would make a GREAT Exotic Commercial heifer, or a GREAT Market Heifer, you choose.  We are very excited about her, we have had a few people talk about taking her to Denver as a Market heifer, and several just wanted to show her as an Exotic Comm and breed her! She is really deep bodied, huge boned, big footed, with great spring of rib, which is square and level in her makeup and just an overall SUPER stout kind of heifer.  She is also extremely hairy, with that hair that every ones loves, super easy to work! The best thing about her is she is very sound, which is what everyone is looking for! She has great curve and set in her legs, you won’t have to worry about this one with leg structure.  This heifer has tons of mass when you get behind her, she won’t disappoint you. The Heatwave cow she is out of is one great cow, she milks better than any other, the cow has a strong maternal look to her, believe it or not, so you don’t have to worry if she will make you a great cow or not.  She has loads of show heifer looks to her but would still make a great cow if one wanted it.  This calf has a great disposition that I could trust with anyone.  The gates around the barn are all left open and she doesn’t even leave, what a great natured calf! I have plenty of other pictures if one wanted some more, as with anything else, she looks even better in person!
