That's right an Italian Site.
Found him in Canda. His video shows him flatter made and really big framed.
Looks great in the photo though.

I was just surfing an Italian Maine Anjou website and found the picture. I guess Knabe pegged him as Mels Benz.
Anyway, I just thought he looked like a well put together power bull.
Knabe, is he in fact Mels Benz?

Anyone remember BWS on Tri Cando-would use him on very low BW shorthorns
I had a line bred Cando heifer that we showed in the early 2000s. She was pretty cool looking and did great in the show ring but we had a hard time getting her bred. Cando was not the best in terms of testicular development but was a nice looking bull for his time. Someone should have pictures of this guy. Remember seeing him in The Voice. I would guess his BW would sit somewhere in middle of the chart.

I think you have to use him carefully. Some can get a little off on their hind wheels and need to loosen up a bit in the pasterns and overall skeletal(observation from previous sale videos). When he works he works great from my observation (especially females). Some of his sons or even grandsons might be a better option. Look at BOE Epic or even Willow Springs BOE Gronc bull. Duello's Icon and Bk Ferris are grandsons and they are extremely sound with killer looks.

There are some very interesting options for folks who want to use a Maine bull to A.I. their cows. Study pedigrees and ask questions. Try to figure out what is important in your program.
Really like your black bull Doc-Sun. Super deep in his rib shape. Should make some super duper cows. Like the genetics.

Doc-Sun, always coming with a new bag of tricks. He's a chunk. OK I'll bite. What is he?

Doc-sun, like the pics. Heifer looks really sweet. What percentage? Like the short markings as well.

Another super bull CAB. Good pedigree.
There is more than a handful of options when it comes to Maine genetics.

Gargan- Like that guys pedigree too. Line bred to the great Katie (Chi x Maine) cow is a giant plus. Katie was one of the the most awesomely unforgettable looking beef animals I have ever seen.
Knabe- Also of note on the O'hara bull... He traces back to that Vainquere and Fabio that you like through the TLM perfix. And also goes back to the MVH Miss Resolution cow that many thought was the best beef cow walking.

Knabe. There may be some things you could change about him but he's hard to poke a hole in. He has what most Maine's don't have. Love the cow families, packed full of some the best cows in the breed. I think he's a good one.

https://youtu.be/MlfJO-o-aIwReally think this O'hara bred bull is flat awesome and has a different pedigree. A good amount of power here. ZNT Montego Bay and BK Ferris are both awesome as well. Pedigrees AMAA.

That's him. There is a better picture of him winning a different show. It's on Monitou's site as well.
Show guys will not like his boxy front but for the real world... I think you could exploit him a little. Good internal dimension on this boy. Not coarse jointed either.

A.I. her to Manitou's Echo. IMO, he is built as close to perfection as any fullblood
I've seen (in a photo). There appears not too much wrong with him. Super cool pedigree, too.
