Looking to buy a wireless barn camera.  Wondered which ones are the best.  Thought there was one that you could view your barn online as well.  Money is no object.  IMO if your going to do it get one that works.

Thanks for the info.

I'd be interested also to hear which ones have worked best for everybody.  Don't want to break the bank for 15 cows but it would be helpful.  Had a hard wired system at our old place and seemed like we had to help less cows when you didn't have to disturb them to check them.  New place the calving barn is only about 400 feet from the house but no good way to run a wire.  Wireless would be awesome.  Had a cheep ebay one, but it only lasted one winter.

I have heard of people rigging up Trail Cameras like they use for hunting, but wiring them into a continuous monitor inside the house that can be accessed from the computer. I do not know how to do it, but it would be nice!

I installed a panasonic security camera. It directly connects to my router via a network cable. The camera has it's own IP address so you can access it from any computer. I put my cows due to calve in the barn and can watch them from home, work, etc. The camera costs about $1200.00. All you need is an internet connection.
