How come? I don't know of any other bull that has been more misused, caused more hard calving incidents, or produced more problem cows. Sure, he works sometimes, but not always.

His good ones are usually some of the best, and no bull is going to work everytime.  Plus you can't blame the bull for being misused, and a lot of the calving difficulties are because people don't think about it, they just want the next great heatwave steer.
