Well its the best time of year its getting colder.  And the truck is getting its work out pulling the trailer every weekend to find next years cattle and ive been to around 80 different places and saw 1000s of calves. Here is the question who has the best set of cattle u have seen so far in Indiana.

Thanks

I haven't looked at any cattle in Indiana, but the best calves that I've seen in Iowa were at Goretska's and in Wisconsin were at May's.  In Ohio, which is where I grew up, Shane's always have calves ready to compete at all levels, and they're great at helping their customers.  The best set of calves that I've seen on the internet sales was at Thompson's.

Where are the best calves that you've seen?  Also, where's the best bang for your buck?  Given that you've been to so many different places, I look forward to your answers.

Carrousel Farms had a really nice line-up of 60+ sale lots this year. Heifers averaged around $8,000. High steer was $11,750. I heard steers averaged around $2,300 on 55 head, not for sure on that tho.

*I did not go to may's this year. I'm sure his looked nice, like always*

Cooper Edwards in Spencer, IN has a very solid set of cattle.
Sinclair and pruet also have a great set that will be state fair contenders.
Steve Quimby has some very nice ones.
Rohrbach in IL has the best steer i have been for the price he is asking
