Cows are just what I have kept and selected for over the years out of a commercial herd. I plan on selling all the calves at some point. fixing to breed back and i want to know if these calves are too tall. Should I use a more clubby style bull or keep going with the same kind of breeding?

Good Looking set of calves!!  I'd take one if you were closer  ;)  Looks like you're doing pretty good with herd selection!!

I dont think I would say they are to tall at this point.  There is a lot of development left to happen and it depends on how they grow.  They look big boned, attractive fronted and thick.  As they grow and mature and fill out and get some depth to them I dont think they will look to tall at all.

I haven't thought about him. I am trying to stay with high percentage charolais calves. These cows were AIed on the 23rd and 30th of December 2010. That is when I plan on breeding them again this year. I am not falsifying their age. I have started creep feeding.
