if you were talking about "out here in indiana this spring" meaning the steer that won purdue agr, that is not the steer from goretska's. And as much winning as both of those steers won this year, i'd seriously doubt anyone would be wanting their money back. Both were exceptionally good all year.

Vickland steer that won Colorado State Fair had won many shows through out the year...he came from Todd Caldwell.  He was raised and sold by Holm Show Cattle, Chandler, MN.

thanks for the clarification.  I thot Vickland had one from Goretska sale, but have heard recently that he hurt his foot and was not shown much if any in 09.  Sounds like their other steer was awfully good.  Congrats to themn

Laurie Reid had the Reserve Grand Steer.  He was a Heatwave from Steve Bonham.
