  I am in now way in support or opposition of the bull, but CED from my understanding is more a measure of how easy the calves come(conformity) not weight.

Thanks SD for the info.  I was unaware of the front problem of his sire and I really, really need to better that part of the cow I have in mind for this mating. 

He is a smooth shouldered bull, but very 3d so that may be the reason for the lower CED EPD.   Since my interest is in angus steers, it gives me something to mull.

The EXAR bull reminds me a lot of QLC Foundation which I have reservations due to a large shoulder.  I love Foundation's hip and bone, but don't need the calving issues.

I wouldnt hesitate to recomened duff outer limits. He'll put the meat on them drop the belly jet the front out and give them that cool cocky look. he wroked for us.
