very nice Brent!
There is something about those Money Man heifers that just gives them the same look. I can almost spot one right away. Yours looks very similar to mine.

Very nice calves CAB.  What's the age on the heifer?  Style, great bone and thicness on her.  I thing we'd all love to have our first calvers have ones like that. (thumbsup)

Really nice set of calves.  I'm really developing an appreciation for Money Man.  Your Sunseeker heifer looks like a real eye catcher!!

Finally, I got my daughter to get some pics up for me B/C as some of you know, I can barely turn on the pc. (yes really), The Money Man heifer, NOT, It's 1 of the 2 that I did not cut, sorry, band. was the first calf born here out of a first calf Dr. Who heifer. He came way early and I was sure that he was not going to make it, one of those roll his head up over his back and put his eye balls in the back of his head deals. Weighed in @ 40lbs, and took 3 days B4 he found a teat. He's pretty cool and has an awesome disposition. Another calf that we think will be very good is the Hannibal heifer on the blue roan cow. She is 2 days old in the pic.
Red, did you notice? Brooke put up a pic of our best F-1 dog @ 8 years old and camera shy, Nala, Rat Terrior X Blue Heeler. She's very smart. Thanks everyone for your kind remarks. I'll have Brooke post some more later.

We have 2 Dr. Who calves this year that are both that same mousy color, I am wondering if they will end up black.

They sure should, Dr. Business and his sibs had the same color and ended up black by fall.

Jill we had 3 full sibs that were Dr. Who out of Jess that had that color and ended up black.  Here's the 3 from last year with the last 2  being Dr. Bus as a calf then in the fall.  Hope this helps,  they sure should get black by fall, our's did.

Dusty, we don't have any pics of the Hannibal Double Stuff yet. He is very cool though. He has 2 Mom's his recip and his wet Nanny. Tip, most HWs aren't good recips. Write that down for future reference.

I don't think he will have quite the maternal legacy like Who does

Dusty, that's a sure bet. I've never seen a bull take milk out of a cow herd like HW can. One thing though in his favor, their little bags may last longer than their teeth if you could find enough wet nannies to help them out.

But, he was never bred to be a female sire.  He is supposed to be a terminal sire and thats what he should be used for i guess.  It's like complaining that a clydsedale can't win a horse race..

You're right, but where did all the milk go? Taz has great milk EPDs, @ least 1/2 of the HSs have milk. HW kills'em all pretty much.
Jill have you kept any HW daughters, and if so what are the % of good milking ones to ones that you have to supplement the calves? Just curious? Anybody else? We have 3 HWs and 2 are the worst milking critters here. I think we have cats that could out produce them. The other one is a good milker though. She is the mother of the Hannibal steer.

With the way the clubbys are all crossed up there is no predictability left.  Instead of clubby gene pool, its more like a cesspool.  Have you ever seen a feminine HW daughter, he stamps all his calves pretty steery looking.  That would be the reason IMO that they don't milk, they're not designed, for lack of a better word, to be good milkers.
