Got a question for a good friend of mine.

A good friend of the family has got 15 commercial cows. 10 of them have calved or at close to calving the others are due in December. He wants to give AI-ing a go and he got his hands on some Boyd On Target semen for cheap. He is aware of the fact that he is a CAC. But the calves he gets out of the cows will be feeder calves he won't be keeping any of them but he did say if he got 2 heifers he just couldn't pass up he would keep no more than two of them. Before he decides to keep them he wanted to reach out to some who might know more then me, that if he kept a couple of heifers he would breed them to only bulls that were CAF. That being said what lines cross good with the Boyd daughters typically....
