with 10,000 units of irish whiskey on hand and no other bull in sight, this sale is going to top all sales for a while. especially with their marketing skills.


garth and data bank are new pretenders.

I beg to differ with your detective work. John's cattle are dang good. Most of those breed cattle go to commercial cattlemen. I know that for a fact. You take away those real high ones and those cattle sold solid and high. I fight with my friends that John only raises "Show Cattle". I'm not convinced of that. High performing sound functional cattle that flat work in the real world. Not sure if you know this Knab but a high percent of his bulls go within 200 miles of Fallet. Which tellls me they work for commercial guys.

We all get that special bull that makes our heard but GCC cattle are not built on Whiskey alone.

Not knocking his cattle all.


He bought a lot of occ cattle when they reduced


I Lowell where his commercial cattle are. Even those that are not within 200 miles.


They do a good job.


A huge plus to Maines.

He could single handedly change Maine genetics if he turned in data and used some different bulls.


They do what they do for a reason.


I really dont see anyone as remotely successful as he is.
