Help finding link to well written essay about "Cheating"

I read within the last couple of weeks posted on a blog somewhere what I thought was a well-written and thoughtful essay about cheating.  The essay was about why chalking up every loss to the "other guy" cheating is actually worse than the cheating itself.....did anyone else see that and remember where to it was?  Can anyone provide a link?  I thought it was great.  I want to share it with some kids around here.
