Without alot more info on your desired situation, I really can't answer your question.

Moderation is ALWAYS best, you can always go up later if not enough the first time, but it is really hard to overcome structural damage if caused by overstimulation.

Give us some info on the type of cow, breed, age etc, meybe I can be more helpfull.

One cow may work really well at a small dose where the next one will not -- dozens of different things come into play!

Thanks Cowboy.

Cow is an 11 year old Angus. She has bred on the first a-i every year of her life. She has never been flushed. We usually give 9 1/2 cc's over 4 days on other cows and yield 6-8 #1's. Everyone always wants to get more embryo's per flush and I don't want to over stimulate her but want to get #'s up.

you will find a lot of time more  does not increase the number of embryo's  we use slightly less and on cows that are gight nutritionally get 8-12 so you are on right track
