I use an occ legend son on all my 1st calvers very small and hit the ground running the heifers breed back quick but am think of trying to AI some this fall looking at MR. Driven charolais bull buddy of mine bought a heifer from Kris Black that calved last fall and the steer turned out nice sold for a fair amount of money but the most important thing is to have a live calf and get your heifers to breed back on time jmo
i like occ legend i got a mature pic of him he is big butted drifter puts some muscle on them as they grow i recomend him my heifer did great in lansing!
