Hi! We have an I-80 steer out of a Shorthorn cow. He was born Feb. 28, 2017 and is going to a show in 2.5 weeks. I've been "out of the game" for awhile, and I'm wondering:

1. What keeps cattle full-looking at shows? He probably won't drink the water there.
2. Is there anything that will help wavy hair?
3. Are there any supplements to help with movement off the front end?

Thanks so much for helping!

#Get an RV water filter for filling water bucket to remove chlorine or other off flavors and smells in the water or haul water from home in jugs.  Start mixing in 1/3 of the ration as Ruma Fill or similar product a couple of days before the show.

2. Is there anything that will help wavy hair?

#Herf folks can probably help on this, but seems there is Wave Tamer or something like that

3. Are there any supplements to help with movement off the front end?

#Never did much on the better cattle through chemistry front.  Try exercise by driving him around a large pen or small pasture.  We always used a stock whip or something like that to keep them moving and get them to go at least a quarter mile a day before evening feeding.
