Irish Pride semen value?

A friend of mine had a semen tank go bad.  Fortunately his insurance company is going to cover the value of the contents.  We've been able to find a current price on most everything that was in it, except for a Shorthorn bull called Irish Pride.  Beyond having heard of him, I know nothing.  Does anyone know anything about (or would even be willing to hazard a guess) what it might be worth?  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Irish Pride is the sire of Double Stuff.  George Alschwede in Texas owned his.  He could give you an idea of the value of the semen.  I doubt that there is much of it still around.

It has value for sure, since it is an insurance claim I think you could check with some of the sale managers that have genetic sales. Off the top of my head I think I remember a couple straws bringing 100.
