What is the reason that Columbus, OH is never in the rotation?

Too far east, not big enough, too expensive to rent, etc..?

I know in the Simmi's it's up to the state association and junior association to decide on a location and submit a bid to hold it years in advance. I would ask your individual breed association why or maybe you could spear head it yourself.
