KASS KOJACK
« on: June 23, 2018, 11:51:37 AM »
We came to the end of our breeding season last year and I have always wanted to use KASS Kojack, so we have a pretty good Amazon (Simmi) cow that we use as a recip so we put a unit in her and got the resulting calf.  Came really small about 65 lbs, a heifer, a week early and was up with a ton of vigor nursing within 10 minutes.  She gets bigger and better everyday.  Noticed there wasn't any pictures associated with any of the other posts, so I'll at least post one of her at 3 weeks.  He's an older bull I think we put him in the tank in 2009 and this is the first calf we've had from the mating.  If she doesn't take an egg, probably going to do it again.

Mark, he is not, normal birthweight in the 80s and up. Cow is an amazon out of an in dew time, so may get a little out of the Dream on in her pedigree. Cow was fed good too, getting alfalfa and grass with about 3 lbs of grain a day.
