We can't leave the house, can't see anybody.  Glad we can look forward to seeing the new calves every day.  Here's a few of our new borns (one is a couple of months old).  The grandkids took these earlier today.  Good, bad, red, black, blue, or pink.  Cheer us up and post a few photos.

Here are our first two. Smoke is an IGWT x Daddys Money and black one is a HECK Outsider x Daddy's Money.

Not sure about everyone else but in our small sample (5 calves over 3 years) our Daddy's Money daughters have all been calving 8-13 days early.

Mark, shes was a Stout’s Brutus out of a Vegas. She was a Division winner at Louisville a long time ago. She threw a lot of birthweight, but always had them and they were always good, she has sold several plus daughters for a $12,000 average.

Looks like you kept a good functional daughter from what I see Ive got one low bw pretty unique may 2019  heifer thats sired by Exile (for the performance) and back to years of CE from a little Oklahoma maine proud jazz etc Shes almost a white roan and I wish I could put her near that Southern market and get a kid to jackpot her then go for purebred steers etc-There arent many purebreds like her anymoreand I think shes doner material Back in the day  I had a few National Show winners etc-Not all would be  that functional today although Mad max was a nat winner and is the way back basis for max rosas maxim etc the Nat Champ bull last year (small show) yatta yatta I dont use them because Id be a hypocrite-RE calving ease-My faves are ones like that blue of yours and the really rare purebreds O0

Mark, I couldn't have asked for a better cow.  We have kept every daughter and they have been phenomenal.  She is nine and just hitting her prime, I wish all my cows looked as good as her, you could honestly clean her up and show her.

We don't have many on the ground yet but here are two of my favorites.

First Calf: Hot Commodity x Asset Naomi 256 Donor
Second Calf: ALM Chiller x Asset Naomi 256 Donor

I hope they continue to develop.

Yes.  Mandalong Super Flag is a Heritage Bull and all his ancestors directly trace back to the Coates 1822 Herdbook.. For those skeptics I had the Veterinary Genetics Laboratory at U C Davis perform a breed specificity test on his semen and he came back 100% Shorthorn.  For those interested there is a complete list of all currently Verified Heritage Bulls on the Heritage Shorthorn Society website (www.heritageshorthorn.org).  Look under the Heritage Bulls dropdown.  Close to 800 bulls are listed from the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.  There is also a Shorthorn list of all Heritage Shorthorn Bulls that have tested free of TH, PHA, DS, and MYO.  Both lists are regularly updated.
