Looking for land to lease in Central Texas

Hey guys not real sure where to post this. So I'll just put it up here. I grew up in Caldwell and am now a student at Texas A&M in College station. My herd has "outgrown" my dads place basically we just run to entirely different programs. Here is what I am looking for: A lease place yearly prefereably in the range of 50-200 acres and within reasonable distance from either caldwell or college station. Call your local NRCS office.  At least in our area they have closer ties to landowners than anyone else.  Should be lots of people that have sold out.

I'll give that a try
