Looking for someone in MICHIGAN to come clip some calves.

So, I am looking for someone in michigan to come clip MAX 10 head. I am getting gallbladder surgery and I was told to be "taking it easy" a week before MSU winter classic, I am a youth exhibitor and usually clip calves for my friends and family and this year I wont be able to...Since this is just a clip job and they arent being fit...Im looking to spend MAX $20 a head if possible... MIN # of calves would be probably 6? If you can help let me know. [email protected]...

And this would have to be about a week before MSU, not at MSU

Not sure about your area but around here you wouldn't get anyone to touch a calf with clippers for under 100 per head. Maybe could get it alittle cheaper with a group discount but I doubt it would be by much.

Agreed. Around here in WV and pa, I would charge you $50/head to just clip plus around $175 for gas. Actually came up to clip and fit at the Winter Classic and AGR last year. Beautiful country! Bu like it was stated, whenever i clip and fit its $100/head. So no way I could just clip for under $50/head. It takes a couple of hours to get one roughed out and half way tuned in. $20/head isn't even paying a person minimum wage to clip them

Being a 15 year old...I don't have much money to spend on getting calves clipped...thanks anyway.

I sent you a pm, but did some thinkin...I know, hard to believe.  I have a few friends that are always looking at getting some practice in on some calves.  They have me do the show calves as they don't have a ton of experience.  but I talked to them today, and they said they may be interested at that price as long as you don't expect them to carve one out like those guys that are REALY good.  I can supervise and they can clip out your calves.  Let me know...sooner than later, so we can all get together on a time/date.
